MODERNIZATION OF SCHOOL FACILITIES

WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of Everett School District No.2 has authorized
the modernization of Cascade High School Building Two; and
WHEREAS, any school facility modernized under WAC 180-33-015 must be used
for at least five years beyond the completion of modernization; and
WHEREAS, a school district shall certify that a proposed modernization project
will extend the life of the modernized facility by at least twenty years; thus,
