(the "Board") of the Everett School District No.2
(the "District") accepting the Everett High School
Commercial Buiilding Modernization Project as final and complete
WHEREAS, the District awarded the Everett High School Commercial
Building Modernization Project to Baker-Roberts, Inc.
- on September 17, 1990;
and
WHEREAS, the Everett High School Commercial Building
Modernization Project was financed with local and state matched funds; and
WHEREAS, the Finley Architects certify that the Everett High School
