A Resolution of the Board of Directors (the "Board") of the Everett School District No.
- Whereas, in August, 1998, the District approved Resolution 651 adopting a Capital Facilities Plan meeting
the requirements ofRCW 36.70A (the Growth Management Act) and the Snohomish County General Policy
Plan; and
Whereas, Districts are required to update their Capital Facility Plans every two years in compliance ~'1ith the
Act and the General Policy Plan; and
Whereas, this Plan update was developed by the District in accordance with accepted methodologies and
requirements of the Growth Management Act; and
