Fiscal Year 1995-96 Budget
WHEREAS, the Fiscal Year 1995-96 Budget for the various funds must be
adopted and the tax levies certified on or before August 31, 1995, AND;
WHEREAS, within the provisions of RCW 84.52, Everett School District No.2 of
Snohomish County certified for 1996 a General Fund Maintenance and Operation
Excess Levy in the amount of $17,500,000, a Capital Projects Fund Technology Levy for
$2,500,000, and a Debt Service Fund Levy for $13,000,000;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Board of Directors of Everett School
Dish'ictNo.2 of Snohomish County, the Board adopt the Fiscal Year 1995-96 Budget as
follows:
