- NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that:
(a) the Board declare, and hereby declares the Surplus Portion to be surplus as it
is not needed by the District for school purposes, such declaration being made for the sole
purpose of selling the Surplus Portion, in whole or in part, pursuant to the above-noted
statutory authorization; and
