Adoption of the Fiscal Year 2001-2002 Budget
WHEREAS, WAC 392-123-054 requires that the District's Fiscal Year 2001-2002
Budget be adopted and tax levies certified on or before August 31, 2001; and
WHEREAS, a public notice was published announcing that on August 28th, 2001, the
Board of Directors of Everett Public Schools would hold a public meeting for the purpose of
fixing and adopting the 2001-2002 Budget; and
WHEREAS, the District has certified for 2002 a General Fund Maintenance and
Operations Excess Levy in the amount of $24,750,000, and a Debt Service Fund Levy of
$19,500,000;
