ADOPTION OF THE FISCAL YEAR 2003-2004 BUDGET
WHEREAS, WAC 392-123-054 requires that the District's Fiscal Year 2003-2004 Budget be
adopted and tax levies certified on or before August 31,2003; and
WHEREAS, a public notice was published announcing that on August 26,2003, the Board of
Directors of Everett Public Schools would hold a public meeting for the purpose of fixing
and adopting the 2003-2004 Budget; and
WHEREAS, the District has certified for 2004 a General Fund Maintenance and Operations
Excess Levy in the amount of $27,000,000, and a Debt Service Fund Levy of $25,525,000;
