RESOLUTION OF OPERATING FUNDS TRANSFER;
GENERAL FUND TO ASSOCIATED STUDENT BODY FUND
WHEREAS, the Everett Public Schools adopted a food and nutrition policy restricting the sale
of foods of minimal nutritional value, including carbonated beverages; and
WHEREAS, the Associated Student Body funds traditionally raised from the sale of carbonated
beverages have been adversely impacted by the initial implementation of this policy; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors and Administration of Everett Public Schools stated its
desire to support the ASB's when the nutritional policy was adopted;
