INTERGOVERNMENTAL COOPERATIVE PURCHASING AGREEMENT
FOR THE PURPOSE OF ESTABLISHING AN INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT
WITH THE PUGET SOUND JOINT PURCHASING COOPERATIVE
WHEREAS, the Everett School District #2 has a desire to enter a Joint Purchasing Cooperative Agreement
with the Puget Sound Joint Purchasing Cooperative, and
WHEREAS, the Puget Sound Joint Purchasing Cooperative has expressed a willingness to have the Everett
School District #2 purchase food service products on their cooperative bid contract; and
WHEREAS, in an effort to reduce costs and to maximize the purchasing power of the
member districts; and
