INTERGOVERNMENTAL COOPERATIVE PURCHASING AGREEMENT
FOR THE PURPOSE OF ESTABLISHING AN INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT
WITH NORTHWEST EDUCATIONAL SERVICE DISTRICT 189 FOR THE
SNOHOMISH COUNTY PUBLIC SCHOOLS INFORMATION COOPERATIVE
WHEREAS, each ofthe Parties is a duly constituted public agency organized and existing
under and by virtue of the laws of the State of Washington; and
WHEREAS, RCW 28A.320.080 and RCW 39.34 authorize school districts and
educational service districts to enter into cooperative agreements to engage in various
