INCREASE OF APPROPRIATION FOR
FISCAL YEAR 2008-2009
WHEREAS, WAC 392-123-071 through 392-123-074 allows a first class district to file
with OSPI for an increase of the amount of appropriation from any fund, and

WHEREAS, the Capital Projects Fund of Everett Public Schools has unexpected i
expenditures in the 2008-09 school year as a result ofthe purchase of real property which
will require an increase in appropriation of eighteen million, one hundred twenty
thousand dollars ($18,120,000), and
WHEREAS, the Capital Projects Fund beginning cash/fund balance plus anticipated
revenues is sufficient to provide for the additional expenditures,
