- WHEREAS, provisions ofW.A.C.
- 392-342-025 and W.A.C.
- 392-344-035 require
certification by the Board of Directors concerning racial imbalance prohibition related to
construction of facilities; and
WHEREAS, a modernization project is proposed for Silver Lake Elementary School;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Directors of the Everett
School District No.2, Snohomish County, Washington, celiifies that the proposed school
facility will not create or aggravate racial imbalance, as defined in the above Washington
