- 392-344-035 require
celiification by the Board of Directors concel11ing racial imbalance prohibition related to
construction of facilities; and
WHEREAS, a model11ization project is proposed for Whittier Elementary School
Model11ization;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Directors of the Everett
School District No.2, Snohomish County, Washington, certifies that the proposed school
