A Resolution of the Board of Directors (the "Board") ofthe Everett
School District No.2 (the "District") to declare certain property rights
with respect 2911 California Street, Everett, Washington 98201, as
surplus real property, which is not presently required for school
purposes, authorizing the Superintendent or her designee to lease a
portion of the District's propeliy to the City of Everett (the "City").
- WHEREAS, the District owns that certain real property located at 2911 California
Street, Everett, Washington 98201 (the "Property"), which is legally described on Exhibit A
attached to this resolution;
