ADOPTION OF THE FISCAL YEAR 2007-2008 BUDGET
WHEREAS, WAC 392-123-054 requires that the District's Fiscal Year 2007-2008 Budget
be adopted and tax levies certified on or before August 31, 2007 and
WHEREAS, a public notice was published announcing that on July 10, 2007, the Board of
Directors of Everett Public Schools would hold a public meeting for the purpose offixing
and adopting the 2007-2008 Budget; and
WHEREAS, the District has certified for 2008 a General Fund Maintenance and Operations
Excess Levy in the amount of$32,500,000, and a Debt Service Fund Levy of$34,200,000;
