ADOPTION OF THE FISCAL YEAR 2006-2007 BUDGET
WHEREAS, WAC 392-123-054 requires that the District's Fiscal Year 2006-2007 Budget be
adopted and tax levies certified on or before August 31, 2006; and
WHEREAS, a public notice was published announcing that on July 11, 2006, the Board of
Directors of Everett Public Schools would hold a public meeting for the purpose of fixing
and adopting the 2006-2007 Budget; and
WHEREAS, the District has certified for 2007 a General Fund Maintenance and Operations
Excess Levy in the amount of$30,500,000, and a Debt Service Fund Levy of$31,950,000;
