INTERGOVERNMENTAL COOPERATIVE PURCHASING AGREEMENT
FOR THE PURPOSE OF ESTABLISHING AN INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT
WITH NORTHWEST EDUCATIONAL SERVICE DISTRICT 189 FOR THE
SNOHOMISH DISCOVERY COOPERATIVE
WHEREAS, each of the Parties is a duly constituted public agency organized and existing
under and by virtue of the laws of the State of Washington; and
WHEREAS, RCW 28A.310.180, RCW 39.34, and Substitute House Bill 1211 authorize
school districts and educational service districts to enter into cooperative agreements to
engage in various activities, including the provision of special education services; and
