A Resolution of the Board of Directors (the "Board") of the Everett School District No.2
(the "District") to adopt a Capital Facilities Plan (the "Plan") for school facilities
conforming to requirements of the State Growth Management Act and the Snohomish
County General Policy Plan.

- The Snohomish County Council is hereby requested to adopt the Plan by reference as part of the
capital facilities element of the County's General Policy Plan.
