- WHEREAS, provisions ofW.A.C.
- 392-342-025 and W.A.c.
- 392-344-035 require
celiification by the Board of Directors conceming racial imbalance prohibition related to
construction of facilities; and
WHEREAS, a modemization project is proposed for Jefferson Elementary School
Modemization;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Directors of the Everett
School District No.2, Snohomish County, Washington, certifies that the proposed school
facility will not create or aggravate racial imbalance, as defined in the above Washington
