REQUESTING APPROVAL BY THE HEALTH CARE AUTHORITY FOR
EMPLOYEES WHO ARE MEMBERS OF THE SNOHOMISH COUNTY BUILDING
AND CONSTRUCTION TRADES COUNCIL TO PARTICIPATE IN THE
WASHINGTON STATE INSURANCE PLANS
WHEREAS, the Everett School District provides contributions for employee insurance
programs pursuant to a collective bargaining agreement with the Snohomish County Building
and Construction Trades Council under chapter 4l.56 RCW; and
WHEREAS, the Health Care Authority administers the medical, dental, life, and disability
insurance coverage for the employees of the state of Washington, as set forth in chapter 4l.05
