- WHEREAS, the District is currently building Forest View Elementary School;
WHEREAS, in connection with the District's development of the new school,
the District is required to build a road to County standards and to dedicate and convey
to the County a road right of way containing approximately 108,438 square feet (as
more particularly described on Exhibit A, the "Dedicated Land") and a sight distance
easement (encumbering the property more particularly described on Exhibit B,
