A Resolution authorizing exercise of the power of eminent domain by
Everett School District No.2 ("District") pursuant to RCW 28A.33S.200 to
condemn certain property for public use by the District and authorizing the
Superintendent and/or her designee(s), in the alternative, to negotiate for the
acquisition of said property under threat of condemnation without the
necessity of suit.
- WHEREAS, the District owns the East ~ of lot 3, Lots 4 through 9 and 12 through 32,
Block 631, Plat of Everett, Division "I" as per Plat thereof, recorded in Volume 5 of Plats, Page
11, Records of Snohomish County; and
