RESOLUTION NO.
- 458 delegating limited approval authority for change
orders to the Assistant Superintendent of Business; and
WHEREAS, the title of the Assistant Superintendent of Business has been changed to
Associate Superintendent, Finance and Operations; and
WHEREAS, the Everett School District No.2 is presently engaged in a number of
construction projects and anticipates such activity will continue on a substantial basis in the
future; and
