A resolution of the Board of Directors of Everett School District No.2, Snohomish
County, Washington, providing for the submission to the qualified electors of the District at
a special election to be held therein on February 8, 1994 of the proposition whether the
District should levy certain excess taxes for the District's General Fund for collection in
1995 and 1996.
- Upon approval by the voters of the ballot proposition hereinafter set forth, the
District may use the proceeds of said levies during the 1995-96 and 1996-97 school years
