- WHEREAS, pursuant to RCW 28A.335.21O, Everett School District No.2 (the
"District") received from the Washington State Board of Education and Superintendent of
Public Instruction, through the Washington State Arts Commission, an allocation/appropriation
of $15,522.45 less administrative and documentation costs for art work in connection with the
Evergreen Middle School Addition and Modifications (the "Arts Works Allocation"); and
WHEREAS, the District has not utilized the Arts Works Allocation and desires to waive
its use of same and release said allocation,
