RESOLUTION 634
A Resolution of the Board of Directors (the "Board") of the
Everett School District No.2 (the "District"): (i) declaring
the existence of an emergency due to failure of the primary
electrical system at Cascade High School, (ii) waiving the
requirements of RCW 28A.335.190 with respect to purchases
and contracts associated with remedial action for such
damage, and (iii) authorizing the District's Superintendent to
expedite repairs with respect to such damage.
