ADOPTION OF THE FISCAL YEAR 2010-2011 BUDGET
WHEREAS, WAC 392-123-054 requires that the District's Fiscal Year 2010-2011 Budget
be adopted and tax levies certified on or before August 31,2010, and
WHEREAS, a public notice was published announcing that on July 6, 2010, the Board of
Directors of Everett Public Schools would hold a public meeting for the purpose of fixing
and adopting the 2010-2011 Budget; and
WHEREAS, the District has certified for 2011 a General Fund Maintenance and Operations
Excess Levy in the amount of $38,930,865, and a Debt Service Fund Levy of $26,016,000;
