FISCAL YEAR 1992-93 BUDGET
WHEREAS, the Fiscal Year 1992-93 Budget for the various funds must be adopted on or
before August 31, 1992, AND, shall include in the General and as estimated revenue that part of the
1993 General Fund Maintenance and Operation Excess Levy estimated to be received during the
1992-93 fiscal period, AND:
WHEREAS, within the provisions of Chapter 325, Laws of 1977, 1st Extraordinary Session,
Everett School District No.2 of Snohomish County proposed and had approved a 1993 General
Fund Maintenance and Operation Excess Levy in the amount of $13,500,000 AND;
WHEREAS, the 1993 General Fund Maintenance and Operation Excess Levy cannot exceed
