ADOPTION OF THE FISCAL YEAR 2004-2005 BUDGET
WHEREAS, WAC 392-123-054 requires that the District's Fiscal Year 2004-2005 Budget be
adopted and tax levies certified on or before August 31,2004; and
WHEREAS, a public notice was published announcing that on July 6, 2004, the Board of
Directors of Everett Public Schools would hold a public meeting for the purpose of fixing
and adopting the 2004-2005 Budget; and
WHEREAS, the District has certified for 2005 a General Fund Maintenance and Operations
Excess Levy in the amount of $29,000,000, and a Debt Service Fund Levy of $24,835,400;
