RESOLUTION No.
- WHEREAS, "It is the paramount duty of the State to make ample provision for the
education of all children residing within its borders..." and
WHEREAS, school districts in the State of Washington need stable funding to promote
quality educational reform and to attract and retain the highest quality instructional staff; and
WHEREAS, educational reform is very important and student accountability measures
should be based on multiple, reliable measures of student achievement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the Board of Directors of Everett School
