AUTHORIZATION TO APPROVE PARTICIPATION IN
THE WASHINGTON RACE TO THE TOP PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, it is the intent of the Board of Directors of Everett School District No.2 to provide
appropriate programs which will meet the needs of all students; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors desires to utilize existing programs, services to the district's best
