A Resolution of the Board of Directors (the
"Board") of the Everett School District No.
- WHEREAS, the bid opening for the mechanical and
electrical subcontracts for the construction of the School was
held duly and regularly at 2:00 p.m.
- on Thursday, June 25,
1992, and the responsible low bidder for the mechanical Work
was Engel Mechanical, Inc.
- The award shall
