A resolution of the Board of Directors (the "Board") of the
Everett School District No.2 (the "District") to purchase real
property.
- Jane Hammond (and her authorized designees), in negotiating and
executing the Agreement are hereby ratified, affirmed and approved;
AND FURTHER RESOLVED that the District should acquire the Pettersson
Property for Four and 00/100 Dollars ($4.00) per square foot, subject to and in
accordance with the terms of the Agreement, provided that the following conditions,
