WHEREAS, on March 11,2003 the Board of Directors of the Everett School District
No.2 approved Resolution No.
- 762 delegating limited approval authority for change orders to
the Associate Superintendent, Finance and Operations; and
WHEREAS, the position of the Associate Superintendent, Finance and Operations is
being eliminated June 30, 2009 and the duties associated with this position are being assumed,
in part, by a new position titled the Executive Director, Facilities and Operations; and
