CANCEL WARRANTS OUTSTANDING DATED PRIOR TO AUGUST 31, 2004
WUEREAS, Everett Public Schools maintains a system of funds with the County
Treasurer in accordance with state law, and;
WHEREAS, pursuant to RCW 39.56.040; Everett Public Schools must cancel warrants
not presented within one year of their date of issue by passage of a Board resolution;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that outstanding warrants dated prior to
August 31, 2004, be cancelled.
