CANCEL WARRANTS NOT PRESENTED WITHIN ONE YEAR
WHEREAS, Everett Public Schools maintains a system of funds with the County
Treasurer in accordance with state law, and;
WHEREAS, Everett Public Schools recognizes the need to cancel warrants not presented
within one year of their issue pursuant with RCW 39.56.040;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that warrants dated prior to August 31,
2001, not presented for payment, be canceled.
