- WHEREAS, the Board is authorized under RCW 28A.335.040 to rent, lease, or
permit the occasional use of surplus District real property; and
WHEREAS, the District has previously adopted Policy No.
- NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that:
(a) the Board hereby declares the property described on Attachment A to be
surplus as it is currently not needed by the District for school purposes, such declaration
being made for the sole purpose of renting or leasing the property, in whole or in part,
pursuant to the above-noted statutory authorization and District Policy; and
