CLARIFYING PREVIOUS BOARD ACTION
INCREASING APPROPRIATION FOR
FISCAL YEAR 2001-2002
WHEREAS, WAC 392-123-071 through 392-123-074 and WAC 392-123-078, pennits a
first class district to file an increase of the amount of appropriation from any fund, and
WHEREAS, the General Fund beginning fund balance plus anticipated revenues is
sufficient to provide for additional expenditure authority; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors adopted Resolution No.
- THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the Board of Directors of Everett Public Schools,
Snohomish County, Washington, hereby petitions OSPI to increase the 2001-2002
