AUTHORIZATION TO EMPLOY TRS PLAN I RETIREES AS SUBSTITUTE
ADMINISTRATORS
This is a resolution from the Everett School District No.2 Board of Directors petitionllg the
State Board of Education for approval of an authorization to employ TRS Plan I retirees as
substitute administrators.
- WHEREAS, the Everett School District, Snohomish County, Washington, is a first class district
under the statutes ofthe State of Washington; and
WHEREAS, the legislature will allow TRS Plan I retirees to work an additional 15 days (105
hours) per school year, beyond the 75 days (525 hours) currently allowed without affecting their
retirement benefit, and;
