CERTIFICATION OF 2011 SUPPLEMENTAL EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS
AND OPERATIONS LEVY
WHEREAS, Everett School District No.2, Snohomish County, Washington, is a first-class school district duly organized
and existing under and by virtue of the Constitution and the laws of the state of Washington; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Revised Code of Washington (RCW) 84.52.053, the District may authorize a four-year excess
levy for maintenance and operation support, when authorized to do so by a simple majority of the qualified electors of the
District; and
WHEREAS, Substitute House Bill (SHB) 2893, passed by the 2010 Legislature, amends the prohibition set forth in RCW
