- WHEREAS, provisions ofW.A.C.
- 180-26-025 and W.A.C.
- 180-29-035 require
certification by the Board of Directors concerning racial imbalance prohibition related to
construction of facilities; and
WHEREAS, a modernization/replacement/addition project is proposed f~r Eisenhower
Middle School;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Directors of the Everett
School District No.2, Snohomish County, Washington, certifies that the proposed school
