A resolution for the purpose of becoming a member of a Cooperative Workers' Compensation Insurance
pool account.
- NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Directors of the Everett School District No.2,
Snohomish County, Washington agrees that:
1.
- Effective no later than February 1, 2001, the Everett School District No.2, Snohomish County,
Washington, will become a member of a cooperative workers' compensation insurance pool
account, which has been fonned as an interlocal cooperative and is lmown as the Workers'
Compensation Trust, and which has designated the Puget Sound Educational Service District to
serve as the cooperative trustee.
