Student Eligibility
1.
- Members of Congress must opt-in for their district to participate in this competition.
- 4.
- Participants may compete individually or in teams of up to 4 students.
- 6.
- A student may only submit one application, either as an individual or as part of a team. By November 9, 2015, a sign-up form will be posted on CongressionalAppChallenge.us.
