ADMINISTRATION
Administrative Authority
The Trustees have sole authority and responsibility for the administration of the Trust as
specified in the Trust document and in RCW 48.62 if the Trust self-insures any Trust benefits,
including the discretionary authority to interpret the provisions of the benefit documents and the
facts and circumstances of claims for non-insured benefits.
