Chairperson and Secretary
The Trustees shall select a Chairperson and Secretary who shall serve for terms of one fiscal year
and until selection of their successors.
- For the second and all
succeeding years, the position of Chairperson and Secretary shall alternate between the
respective Trustee groups.
