providing the submission
of two propositions to the qualified electors of -the
Distr at a special election to be held therein on
April 7, 1964, the first authorizing a levy of an excess
tax of approximately 15 mills to provide the sum of
$1,125,000.00 for the DistrictHs General Fund, the
second authorizing a leV'.l of an excess tax of approximately
10 mills to provide $750,000.00 the District1s Building
