TRANSPORTATION VEHICLE FUND
A resolution directing the County Treasurer to establish the
Transportation Vehicle Fund and transferring monies to it
from the General Fund.
- WHEREAS, during 1981 the legislature of the State of Washington passed
RCW 28A.56.428 which directs County Treasurers for each respective school
district to establish a Transportation Vehicle Fund on September 1, 1982; and,
WHEREAS, RCW 28A.56.428 requires that the balance of accounts as of
September 1, 1982, held in the General Fund of each school district for the
purchase of approved transportation equipment and for major transportation
