TWO-MILE LIMIT - TRANSPORTATION
WHEREAS the Board of Directors of Everett School District No.2,
Snohomish County, Washington acknowledges the two-mile limit restraint
of pupil transportation; and
WHEREAS WAC 392-141-035 provides for transportation routes within a
"two-mile limit" for safety reasons which is the basis for the alterations
to the Everett School District transportation routes.
