WHEREAS, a "Contract Extension Agreement" attached hereto
and hereby made a part hereof has been negotiated by representatives
of the Everett School District and the Everett Education Association,
and
WHEREAS, on August 23, 1981, the membership of the Everett
Education Association ratified the Contract Extension Agreement,
and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the District for the
Board of Directors to ratify the Contract Extension Agreement.
