EXCESS LEVY ROLLBACK
FISCAL YEAR 1982-83
WHEREAS within the provisions of Chapter 325, Laws of 1977, Everett School
District No.
- NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Board of Directors of Everett School
District No.2 of Snohomish County to adjust the rollback of the authorized
$4,500,000 levy to a rollback of $372,496, leaving an excess levy amount for
1983 collection in the amount of $4,127,504.
- ADOPTED this 4th day of October, 1982.
